The new Global Procurement Team had a very challenging year in 2020. We faced allocation issues and supporting Afimilk grows without any sales impact. We built a new operational structure that split between the tactical supply chain and commercial activities.
Our indoor showroom at Afimilk’s HQ was renovated beautifully: a small and elegant area presenting our main hardware products as well as the AfiFarm demos in various languages and our Cloud apps.
My idea of RFM application was born into a global era of costumer success and proactive support being major players in costumer support orientation.
