1.Tell us about your role with Afimilk?

I started in 2010 as a project manager for onsite technical support, and remote support. Back then it was part of marketing. After a year we combined remote support with onsite support into one technical department. I managed the tech department until 2017, and in 2018, I started managing the local market in Israel.

Gradually I received more countries to manage including South Africa. I started acting as GM R.O.W region – LATAM, South/ East Asia. By the end of 2021, which is on hold at the moment since I was called to act as a temporary GM Europe. Although I still manage the local Israel market and South Africa.

The challenges we face in Europe at moment are:

  • Collaboration with the breeding association starting in Germany.
  • Rebuilding our distribution network in Europe. Due to a business crisis that Fullwood (a major distributor in Europe) is facing. We are rebuilding our distribution network in those regions, by recruiting new and old dealers directly.
  • Continuing the growth of the European market.

The European team has done an excellent job over the last 5 years in consistently increasing sales in the region, and providing the best technical and application support. I am happy to work with this excellent team.
