Since the outbreak of the global pandemic, China’s pandemic control policy has been very strict. A MUST health examination was implemented for inbound personnel. If a pandemic occurs in China, personnel and areas will be managed in isolation.
In this situation, Afimilk China took several measures at work to deal with the impact of the pandemic.
Firstly, we strengthened the internal communication through Alibaba’s online business software DingDing. We held weekly meetings with the whole staff, sales team, and the technical team separately.
Secondly, we fully ensured the communication frequency with our customers. With the permission of the government, our teams kept visiting customers as planned. At the same time, paying attention to their protection. Therefore, even during the pandemic period, Afimilk business in China grew faster than it did in previous years. Due to the business needs, new members joined us this year, working in the sales team and technology team respectively.
Thirdly, we implemented more online activities. During the severe period of pandemic, offline events could not be carried out normally. Afimilk China took advantage of this gap to carry out many online activities. For dealers, we provided comprehensive software and hardware technical training, and completed their assessment and certification. For customers, we provided a series of online seminars, including online classroom, live broadcast, training etc. There will be two live broadcasting activities for customers on coming days in August and September.
In the second half of this year, due to the stable pandemic situation in most provinces of China, Afimilk China participated in China’s largest dairy Expo in July 2021. We exhibited a heavy duty rotary milking system, an intelligent sorting system for the first time, and brought out the 3+1 concept which is a software and hardware integration solution for smart farms. Customers gave a lot of positive feedback for our product solutions.
We are likely to coexist with the pandemic for a long time. Afimilk China will monitor the situation and dedicate itself to providing better services to our customers while ensuring the safety of the team.

全球疫情发生以来,中国的疫情管控政策非常严格,对入境人员实施严格的健康检查的同时,如果一旦境内疫情,就会立即采取人员和涉疫区域的隔离,并提升相关地区的疫情风险。
在这种形势下,阿菲金中国采取了几个措施,来应对疫情给工作带来的影响。
首先,加强内部沟通。我们通过阿里巴巴的钉钉在线商务软件,每周进行全员、销售团队、技术团队的会议。
其次,充分保证与客户的沟通频次。对员工持续强调,要时刻加强自身的疫情防护,注意身体健康。同时,在政府允许的情况下,利用时间窗口,积极拜访客户。所以,即使是在疫情期间,阿菲金中国的业务增长速度比往年更快。由于业务需要,在今年,阿菲金中国的团队还增加了多位新成员,分别就职于销售部门和技术部门。
再次,展开多维度的线上活动。在疫情较为严重的那段时间,线下活动无法正常开展,阿菲金中国利用这个空档期,开展了多个线上活动。在经销商方面,我们为经销商提供了全面的软硬件技术培训,并完成了考核和颁奖,在客户方面,我们为客户提供了一系列的线上的研讨会,包含云课堂、直播、研讨会等多种形式,与客户在线交流。接下来8月和9月分别有两次针对客户的直播活动,正在计划中。
另外,今年下半年,由于中国大部分地区疫情非常稳定,线下活动也在陆续复苏。7月份,阿菲金中国及公司团队共计16人参与了2021年度中国最大的奶业展览会,现场展出了阿菲金重型转台挤奶机和智能分群系统,提出了阿菲金3+1软硬件一体化的整体解决方案,获得了客户极大地认可与关注。
以目前的情况来看,疫情还会长期与我们并存,阿菲金中国也将关注形势,致力于在保证团队安全的情况下,为我们的客户提供更好的服务。
