There is much written about what it takes to grow while assuring the organization is at its best. Experience and research shows that the path to success goes through the ongoing effort to improve on the intangibles: promoting professionalism and strengthening the teams, fostering performance culture, good management practice, and a positive climate is only a partial list.
In Afimilk, as in every company, aside from our strengths, there are areas we should become better at and for us the priorities for this year include, improving teams’ capability, scaling up new people, working across culture and improving cross functional collaboration.
The HR team and I will keep working in these areas.
