September in Israel is the month that brings in the New Year. At this time, we all look back at our deeds and think ahead, reminding ourselves of what’s important and the values we stand for. 

“People Not Employees” is a highway sign I saw in the south of Salt Lake City. It’s simple and so truthfully, pointing out and reminding us of a critical mission. Maintaining respect with each other, supporting our colleagues and harnessing people to a joint effort as the base of our daily routine. 

At Afimilk, with the new directive from our Shareholder for accelerating growth, we continue to enhance capabilities and grow in almost every domain.  Our reality is that almost every fifth team member is new. This requires us to install new processes, change ways of working and develop our management systems. 

As we move forward, I invite you all to join me and visualize the Salt Lake City highway sign and adhere to its meaning.
