RFM – Story by Batia Nimhoyzer

RFM-Remote Farm Monitoring
A Success story from 0 to 100% in the unforgettable year of 2020.

My idea of RFM application was born into a global era of costumer success and proactive support being major players in costumer support orientation. Basing my idea on the fact that Afimilk collects data from farms with AfiFarm directly onto the Afimilk cloud, I believed this was a treasure to be used for the benefit of our customers.

FRM project was born a “poor beggar” without any budget or support.

I was very fortunate however to find someone lending me a listening ear in Nir Oppenheim.  He helped me from scratch, to fulfill this dream by finding a solution within the SW development department.

RFM’s purpose is to monitor and alert faults in a farm’s hardware and software. Usually, way before a costumer will notice the fault and call support teams. RFM is a proactive data saver, no less.

RFM web application enables Afimilk technical support teams to call a costumer and offer a proactive support. It’s not a dream, it’s reality & it’s happening.

RFM is a global application, already in use on a daily basis.

Every Afimilk technical support engineer can login and find alerts and use filters to monitor faults within their region.

We still have a long way to go to make RFM a perfect application and it’s happening. We are developing and becoming smarter, thanks-to Roei Diamant’s team, until it will be as super productive as it should. Hopefully one day it will be a tool Afimilk can offer our dealers as the first AfiFarm monitoring tool globally.

Thank you Afimilk for adopting Afimilk RFM.

Very special thanks to: Ohad Hamiel, Shay Musachanov, David Fineboym, Daniel Szuster. Without you guys, RFM would have stayed a “PRD” word document, buried in a folder on my laptop.
